Exactly what is the worker standing on? If the worker is in a lift, they must tie off to the lift. If they are on scaffolding, then the scaffolding must be erected correctly. This must be for that worker being lifted in the loader bucket, right?
OOOOHHH! I get it! It's for flat roof work, duh! Great idea! A little pricey though.
